ARTICLE I - NAME
The name of this organization shall be BROWARD ON BROADWAY, INC., hereinafter referred to as BOB.

ARTICLE II - MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Broward on Broadway is to provide cultural enrichment to the community by presenting affordable community theater programs and educational opportunities in a manner that secures the integrity of the organization and ensures financial viability. The community theater program strives to provide a high quality, well-balanced season through developing an organized and effective production process, which includes establishing a sense of inclusion, showcasing local talent, fair casting practices, and providing an enjoyable environment in which to work. The education programs are designed to encourage, promote and develop interest in theater through developing classes, workshops and performance opportunities for everyone in the community desiring to improve their theatrical and/or performance knowledge. Broward on Broadway recognizes that active participation, by the young and by the not-so-young alike, in a musical theatre production, can be instrumental in his or her growth and development of personal confidence, strength of character, and better interpersonal relationships, which are paramount in our society.
